Is it worth the money?

I collect perfume of Nice, and I try to get them at low cost by perchasing in places like Marshalls and TJ Maxx .. Anyway, I just found at my local TJ Maxx, oz bottle 1.7 Amor Amor .. It was OnSale in perfect state despite the torn box, for $ 16 in the store it is $ 48, but is it a pleasant fragrance? My sister loves it, but it really love all the flavors … Advice? Is it worth the price? here is the fragrance of this site, discount perfume: http://www.fragrancex.com/products/_cid_Perfume-am–am-pid_27574W__products.html Lid_A thank you for all the helpful answers! :)

Wearing perfume can be a highly personal experience, and many people are known to wear one particular “signature” scent for years and years. Then there are the perfume “junkies” that delight in having a vast array of fragrances to choose from every day.

But the average consumer usually has a few different favorite bottles that he or she wears depending upon the occasion or season. You may prefer lighter scents for daywear or warmer seasons and stronger scents for evening or winter months.

Finding and purchasing designer perfumes is much easier with the advent of the internet and e-commerce. One no longer needs to drive to the mall or department store to buy a bottle of perfume. You can merely click a few buttons on your computer screen and your favorite fragrance is on its way to your doorstep.

However, finding a reputable online perfume store can sometimes be difficult or just plain overwhelming. There are so many perfume stores on the internet, so how does a person know that the product is genuine and that they are getting the best price available?

First, do a little price comparison before you make a purchase. Many online perfume stores offer free shipping, discount coupons, and loyalty programs to entice you to buy from their shop. Some stores will have a heavily discounted price for their products, but will slap on handling charges or over charge on the shipping fees to increase their profit margin. Be sure to calculate the “store to door” cost before you complete your purchase and you will know your true overall cost of your purchase.

Do your due diligence and review the return policy of the store. Do they accept opened packages for refund? Is there a restocking charge? Is there a satisfaction guarantee policy? By knowing what to expect, you can save yourself a great deal of hardship if there is a reason to return your merchandise.

Overall, most online perfume stores have been in business for many years and are quite reputable. You may want to see if the website has any customer reviews posted. You can also browse the customer reviews at Bizrate.com or Basenotes.net to find if most customers are satisfied with their purchases from the store you intend to purchase from.

You can save a great deal of money by purchasing your designer perfumes online, sometimes as much as 70 to 80% off of department store retail prices! Just be careful to calculate the true cost, read the shipping and return policies, and read perfume store reviews to ensure that your shopping experience will smell as sweet as the perfume you purchase!

As a number of luminaries on the international fashion scene converge for a major show, their personal and professional crises come to a head in this comedy-drama. Lorenzo Mancini (Paul Sorvino) is an internationally famous designer who has learned he has only a short time to live. As Mancini tries to make his peace with both his ex-wife (Sonia Braga) and his long-time companion (Peter Gallagher), he also tries to mend fences with his son (and heir) Mario (Michael Sorvino) while persuading him to not merge the family business with the hip-hop fashion empire of J.B. (Omar Epps. Anthony (Jared Harris), a famous and influential fashion photographer, is having a career crisis as his marriage to Francene (Michelle Forbes) begins to collapse. Cutting-edge designer Roberta (Rita Wilson) is scrambling to complete her latest line as her underlings start leaving her one by one. Camille (Leslie Mann), Roberta’s business partner, may be the next to hit the road, as she becomes involved with Jamie (Jeff Goldblum), who works for a firm run by arch-rival designer Phillip (Harris Yulin). And Janice (Joanne Baron), the editor of a leading fashion journal, is facing a deadline when she gets an unexpected visitor — her daughter Halley (Michelle Williams), whom she hasn’t seen in over a decade. Taking an unusual approach, director Michael Rymer and screenwriter L.M. Kit Carson wrote a detailed outline for Perfume and in-depth background sketches for all the characters, but allowed the cast to improvise all the dialogue used in the film. Perfume had its world premiere at the 2001 Sundance Film Festival. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi
